    Job Responsibilities

    Assist in the operations for the AETOS Command Centre (ACC), including:

    ▪ Monitor CCTVs and alarm activation
    ▪ Provide immediate response to any alarm activation
    ▪ Monitor and record situational reports from the ground officers
    ▪ Key situational reports promptly and accurately into the system every hour
    ▪ Collate all reports and submit to Assistant/Duty Officer before end of every shift
    ▪ Answer phone calls
    ▪ Perform any other duties as assigned by Assistant / Duty Officer

    Job Requirements

    ▪ GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
    ▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
    ▪ Able to work in rotating 12 hour shifts including public holidays and weekends
    ▪ Conversant in English Language
    ▪Possess initiative and a customer-oriented attitude
    ▪ Able to work under pressure in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment
    ▪ Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
    ▪ Training will be provided
